Pumpkin Carving with mommy and daddy!

On the day before Halloween mommy and daddy and I decided to carve our 4 pumpkins. We started with the little one first and then moved up to the bigger ones. I had a lot of fun just watching and even touching the goo and seeds.

First up.... mommy and daddy asked me what type of face I wanted to carve on my pumpkin.. Here is what I told them..."SURPRISE face please!"
Next up... tasting a little of the goo... not so good actually but I haven't quite figured that out yet;)
All done with my pumpkin... Daddy and the pumpkin making the surprise face..!

Chuck-E-Cheese Halloween party with SAHM's!

This morning was the SAHM's(stay at home moms) Halloween party. It took place at Chuck-E-Cheese's. This was Avery's first experience here. She was really funny and not quite sure about the whole place. She literally did not crack a smile for the first hour we were there. She stayed close to me and didn't venture too many places. She eventually warmed up a bit but would not smile for any pictures which I find funny as you will see below. She looks scared the whole time but she was still very curious.

Getting ready for the party in my costume. Mommy styled my hair like this and it lasted all of 5 minutes before I pulled out the ponytail.

The only ride that I smiled on while I was riding. It was a horse that went up and down. I liked it! I asked mommy for 'more' at least 3 times...(good thing she had enough tokens:))

"Very curious and not quite sure here. I think this belongs at the beginning of the bunch because I think it was her first time on"

And of course it wouldn't be a true experience here without the pizza... yummyHappy Halloween!

Illinois Homecoming Game!

On Saturday October 23rd... I went to Champaign to cheer on the Illini to a football victory. We had a great day with super weather. All the boys went to the game and mommy, me, Meme, Aunt Laura and Jack walked around campus and shopped. We were worried about the weather because it was suppose to rain but we were lucky and kept dry the whole day. It actually got up to 80 degrees that day too. Hope you enjoy some of the pictures from all the fun:)!

Mommy and Daddy were talking about how last year was my first tailgating experience in Champaign and they remember it being very cold and I was very little... only 8 weeks actually..Seems hard to believe how big I am this year. I was running around and eating everything I could get my hands on. I even tried a game of bags! What a difference a year makes!

Kohl Children's Museum...

Yes! Mommy and I are still alive and kicking.. we realize it has been quite awhile since we have posted pictures. Mommy tells me that the computer has been 'acting up' and she hasn't been able to get on it this week to upload pictures. On October 13th, we met one of mommy's friends at the museum in Glenview. This was my second time being there but first since I have been walking. I thoroughly enjoyed it and I think my favorite part was the grocery store and then at the end of the day I got to pick out a special treat from the store.. You will have to see below as to what I decided on:)......
