Easter Egg Coloring

A kickoff to a great Easter weekend... Avery was super excited to dye Easter eggs this morning and actually did a super job all on her own. She would plop them in the water, then check to see if they were done, dry them off and top them off with a sticker. Mommy forget to buy vinegar so most of the eggs turned pink as the other colors would not take with just water but Avery was just as happy to have 10 pink colored and 2 light green colored eggs when she was done!

This absolutely puts a smile on my face everytime I watch

An Easter Egg Hunt

This morning Avery had her first Easter Egg hunt at one of the parks near by. She wasn't exactly sure of what to do and was very timid. She did manage to pick up about 6 eggs from the sea of eggs.

A week in Springfield

We were all very lucky to have spent our spring break in Springfield with Meme and Papa. We had a great 8 days with our favorite people in the world. I didn't take many pictures but did manage a few from one day at the park and one day when we went to see the Easter bunny at the mall.
