Avery paints!

This morning mommy braved the first painting adventure with Avery. She was very excited to try out her new paints she got for her birthday. Little did mommy know they wree not washable but she made 2 beautiful pictures and said she wanted to give them to daddy!

Happy 6 weeks Kellan!

Here is a comparison of Avery at 6 weeks and Kellan at 6 weeks. I see some similiarities but also differences. At 6 weeks Kellan has been smiling for about a week and is sleeping at night anywhere between a 4 to 8 hour stretch. He is pretty inconsistent but has given mama an 8 hour stretch last week which was very nice. Kellan loves to be outdoors too, and he prefers to be held!! During the day he is eating every 2 hours which makes for a tired mama!!! Avery continues to be a big helper and loves to be with her little brother. Hope it stays that way!!

2 year doctors appointment

Yesterday Avery had her 2 year doctors appointmentand we are happy to say she is looking good and meeting all her requirments for her age. She didn't even have to get a shot this time around and doesn't go back in until 3 years. Wow!!!

So here are her stats at age 2:

Weight 24 pounds 11 ounces 24%
Height 35 3/4 inches 95%

So we still have a tall skinny toddler... we are still trying to figure out where she got her height at this point she is projected to be 5 feet 10 inches as an adult. She might be walking the runways soon:) Papa calls her his supermodel and in his eyes she is:)
