This morning we a fun first for the whole family. We boarded the Polar Express in downtown Arlington Heights and had a two hour trip north on the train. On the train, we read the book The Polar Express, sang songs, talked to Santa, rang our special bell and had snacks along the way. It was a great time and the kids really seemed to enjoy the trip. Last night we watched the movie and earlier in the week we read the book so they were familiar with the story which made it even more special. Here are some pictures from our morning.
