What a great day I had. I got to go trick or treating at daddy's work and meet lots of new people that were all dressed up in fun costumes. Halloween is a great time. Now only if I could get my little hands on some of that candy everyone had...................................

My 1st Halloween~Part 1

Mommy got me all dressed up in one of my cute Halloween outfits and we decided to take some pictures this morning....Here I am with my M&M's..... mmmmmm I can't wait until I can try some!!

"Hey how did I get up on this bowl of sweet treats?"

"WOW there sure is a lot of yummy candy here"

"But even better than the candy are my fun polka dot pants that I cannot keep my eyes off of"

"Well that is about it for now. Tomorrow mommy is taking me into daddy's work to trick or treat in my costume so more pictures to come then"

What a day!!!

I had quite an eventful day today....It first started with an afternoon walk outside. It was cold so mommy bundled me up and off we went...We took Trixie with us and we had a great time. I am just beginning to notice Trixie around the house and I have even smiled a couple of times at her.. I am not so sure what that doggie thinks of me though....

Next up was my 2 month doctors appointment and UGG all those shots that go with... I was such a brave girl though and had a smile on my face.....

Then the shots came...3 of them in my little legs... I screamed bloody murder for about 2 minutes and then I was fast asleep.... Check out these cool band aids the nurse put on me...

All went great at my appointment and I now weigh 9 pounds 5 ounces and I am 23 inches long.... I fell right at the 25th percentile for my weight and 25th percentile for my height... Mommy and daddy thought I would be closer to 10 pounds but I am still just a little peanut but all healthy and looking good!!!

Introducing the bumbo seat....YAH!!!

Today mommy and daddy tried out the bumbo seat to see if I was ready to take it on.. and guess what??? I did pretty good.. I was a little wobbly at times but I started to get a hang of it with some practice. Here I am in my Halloween PJ's too!! Mommy thought I needed to wear them a couple of times this week in preparation for the big day on Saturday!

Some new things that I am doing now that I am 11 weeks old:
~ I coo and I talk
~I smile:)
~I am now grabbing at my toys on my play mat
~If mommy or daddy will set a toy in front of me I will touch it and even put it in my mouth
~I love to suck my thumb, sometimes it is just a finger, sometimes 3 fingers.. whatever I can get I'll take...mmmmm they sure do taste good..

Thanks Meme for making me a great pair of Mary Jane's.. I just love them and I am so glad that mommy got them out!! They keep my feet really warm and I love to look at them and check out the cool pink color on my feet!!!

Avery's 1st wedding~ Part 2

Avery's first wedding!

This past weekend I went to my first wedding with mommy, Meme and Papa. Daddy unfortunately had to stay home and bring home the bacon. Mommy's friend Trisha was getting married and she was in the wedding. Meme and Papa were my babysitters. They took great care of me!! Above is a picture of mommy and me on a beautiful fall day in Indiana. I had so much fun and slept in my first Bed and Breakfast. I did quite well and continue sleeping 7-8 hours a night.. Mommy loves her beauty sleep!!
